BEAUTIFUL JOURNEYS

WHERE THE SPIRITY GOES HOME

In my recent adventure recently I found myself standing here. I am standing at the to of New Zealand. New Zealand has two Islands North and South and this is the North island.

Cape Reinga New Zealand

It was my first engagement up this way. I had been invited to take part as a Guest Speaker on Board positive Northland HIV road show. The second night we were at Kaitai hospital the last city before you get to Cape Reinga where I had never took time to go and visit.
Living in New Zealand you get the pleasure of having encounter with the beauty of nature. The people that founded the place and their spiritual beliefs. Here is one place that has a history of beliefs and its does have the feel to spirituality and the ghostliness and  the fury of nature

Maori people say, 'This is where the spirit head home when they die'

Would I like my spirit to come here when I die. I thought how could I escape this. Sophie's World Journeys Of The lost soul began with discoveries of people who exist. I had met A gay couple who touched and comforted me when the world had closed their door. The day I lost my children in Australia Sydney, Could this has been the place my children headed.
Coincidence or day javu, that the minute I stood at the edge of the waters, A sign talked back to me. Where the spirit heads home, sculpted on a fine status of a stone. "yes indeed" my internal journals responded.....

My trip here had been a trip to remember. I was with my colleagues brother Charlie and Koro Michael proud public speakers of their stories and the encounters of the horrors they witness during the time people lost lives in millions. How they stood their hopelessness thinking what's next. When humans turn against each other where one needs the other most. They were my Brotherly sister to the appeal of those I had met in 1989. Beautiful journeys

Somewhere out there the are people we know
