What A Short Break Mean For Some

New energy this week

One aspect of life is to evaluate what has taken place in a daily routine. One may say nothing has taken place meaning their routine hasn't changed. In wellbeing  our routine changes all the time due to circumstances of the moment.

Feelings, thoughts appetites, emotional, mental and the environment we live in. These are  some of the routine we take for granted. As we focus on importance of duties, priorities and responsibility we  somehow unconsciously forget to remind ourselves on how the machine is going. Our self being.

I had been on a 7 day Off work, focusing on my own routines, it's not surprising that I had not stopped and give a thought to my own wellbeing in the last year. What a year it has been. On September 13th I celebrated one of a kind achievement. Published my book and came out of the closet and never look back. More and more good vibes are still wavering, The body, my body seemed to be slowing down.
New energy has been acquired  and I admit I needed a break to focus on my own health. It couldn't have been a better timing. This week was HIV Treatment Updates. A one day Seminar provided by Body Positive NZ. The Guest Speakers could not have been better for giving us the opportunity to look inside ourselves, demonstrating factors that contribute to maintain our wellbeing.
The HIV  medicines has improved and the standard of life for people like me has dramatically improved. An insight of the HIV society and the resources that is available to us. Interesting researches that has been contacted with amazing out comes.
Spring is here a look inside my home and I had time to do that with doctors time slots in it. A sweet short break because I had time to check up on important routine 'Oneself'
